The morning meeting
A no-heat call comes in while the office is assigning the first jobs of the day.
Missed-call recovery for HVAC teams
Mochora texts eligible missed callers, asks what's wrong with the system, and gives your office the issue, location, urgency, and availability for a better-informed callback.
A fictional homeowner calls Northstar Heating & Air at 7:42 AM while dispatch is helping another customer.

What happens after an unanswered call
A missed number alone does not tell the office whether the caller needs a tune-up, has no heat, or is looking at water below an air handler. Mochora keeps the text exchange focused on the details the team needs next.
A no-heat call comes in while the office is assigning the first jobs of the day.
Both lines are tied up during the first hot week and another no-cooling call rolls in.
A homeowner calls about water near the air handler after the office has closed.
Mochora recognizes the missed call and starts the recovery flow based on the rules set for your shop.

Founding plan
One plan for independent shops testing Mochora with us. We'll confirm phone-provider compatibility, message limits, and alert routing before activation.
Hands-on setupWe'll map the recovery flow to the way your office handles missed calls.
Before early access
Early access is limited while we verify phone compatibility, texting rules, and alert routing with each company.
That’s the intended setup. Mochora is being designed to work alongside your existing business number. Compatibility depends on your phone provider, so we’ll verify your setup during early access.
No. Mochora is a missed-call recovery layer, not a CRM or dispatch system. It organizes callback context; integration and handoff options are still being evaluated.
The planned flow sends a text shortly after an eligible inbound call goes unanswered. Exact timing, business hours, and exclusions will be configured with each early-access company.
Founding access is planned at $69/month. Included message volume and any usage-based SMS charges are still being finalized; full terms will be shared before activation.
After-hours recovery is a core use case. During setup, we’ll define when the recovery flow should be active for your shop.
Multiple-recipient alerts are planned for early access. Alert routing and supported channels are still being finalized.
