Elena calls about no heat

A fictional homeowner calls Northstar Heating & Air at 7:42 AM while dispatch is helping another customer.

Interactive example using fictional customer data.

What happens after an unanswered call

Give dispatch the facts before they call back.

A missed number alone does not tell the office whether the caller needs a tune-up, has no heat, or is looking at water below an air handler. Mochora keeps the text exchange focused on the details the team needs next.

The morning meeting

A no-heat call comes in while the office is assigning the first jobs of the day.

Peak-season overflow

Both lines are tied up during the first hot week and another no-cooling call rolls in.

After-hours service

A homeowner calls about water near the air handler after the office has closed.

01

An eligible service call goes unanswered

Mochora recognizes the missed call and starts the recovery flow based on the rules set for your shop.

Example: office line missed while dispatch is helping another customer
02

The caller texts back with the problem

Mochora asks for useful HVAC details such as the symptom, system type, ZIP code, urgency, and when someone can be home.

Before early access

Practical questions from HVAC owners.

Early access is limited while we verify phone compatibility, texting rules, and alert routing with each company.

Can I keep my existing business number?

That’s the intended setup. Mochora is being designed to work alongside your existing business number. Compatibility depends on your phone provider, so we’ll verify your setup during early access.

Does Mochora replace my CRM or dispatch software?

No. Mochora is a missed-call recovery layer, not a CRM or dispatch system. It organizes callback context; integration and handoff options are still being evaluated.

When does Mochora text a caller?

The planned flow sends a text shortly after an eligible inbound call goes unanswered. Exact timing, business hours, and exclusions will be configured with each early-access company.

Are SMS costs included?

Founding access is planned at $69/month. Included message volume and any usage-based SMS charges are still being finalized; full terms will be shared before activation.

Does it work after hours?

After-hours recovery is a core use case. During setup, we’ll define when the recovery flow should be active for your shop.

Can multiple team members receive alerts?

Multiple-recipient alerts are planned for early access. Alert routing and supported channels are still being finalized.
